Can I also use a weighted blanket for 2 people alone?

Yes, that is no problem. A weighted blanket for 2 people works the same way as a weighted blanket for 1 person in that regard. You choose a weighted blanket of about 10% of your body weight (a little more is allowed). In the case of a double weighted blanket, this would normally apply to 2 people. So 2x a body weight of 75kg is 150kg, 10% of that is 15kg. Because it concerns the pressure per surface area, you as one person weighing e.g. 75kg can still use the same 15kg blanket.

Erg goede ervaring!
