How do I choose the right weight for my weighted blanket?

For the right weight, take a weighted blanket that is 9% to 12% of your own body weight. In all our products, you will find a handy table with more information on choosing the right weight blanket.

Who can use weighted blankets?

Everyone can use a Novaline weighted blanket. However, the blanket is not suitable for babies and toddlers due to its weight.

Can I share my weighted blanket with someone?

Of course sharing is always allowed, but if you both want to enjoy the effect of the blanket, the advice is to each take a separate blanket. Sleeping under the same blanket with two people can reduce the positive effect.

Is a Novaline weighted blanket suitable for the washing machine?

A Novaline weighted blanket can be machine washed, but always check that the weighted blanket does not exceed the maximum allowed weight of your washing machine. Wash at 30 degrees and with similar colors. To make washing easier, we recommend purchasing a summer cover or winter cover with your weighted blanket. Then you only need to wash the cover and not the entire blanket.

Is a Novaline weighted blanket suitable for the dryer?

Due to the glass sand, the blanket is not suitable for the dryer. Always hang it out to dry.

How are the packages delivered?

Orders placed before 22:00 will be delivered to your home the next day by our delivery partners.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 22:00 will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered by Tuesday at the latest. No orders are delivered on public holidays.

Can I return my order?

Of course! Sleeping is personal for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it unused within 30 days of purchase. Send us a message at info@novaline-dekens or via our contact form for instructions. Return costs are at your own expense.

To which address can I return my order?

Before you return anything, please contact us first via the customer service and we will gladly assist you with the return shipment.

Is returning my order free?

The costs of the return are for the customer.

When will I receive my money back after returning my order?

Within 14 days after receiving the return, you will receive your money back via the payment method you used.

I have damage to my blanket, what now?

In case of damage to the blankets, you can contact the customer service for warranty.

Ik had heel vaak last van rusteloze benen (RLS).
Sinds ik met een verzwaringsdeken slaap (ondertussen 2 weken) heb ik geen rusteloze benen meer! Soms voel ik mijn benen bij het slapengaan wat rusteloos worden, maar dat gevoel gaat nu heel snel voorbij.

Fijne deken. Ik slaap beter ! Heel tevreden. Ik gebruik de deken nu over mijn dekbed en dat is niet te warm.

We namen eentje van 13kg en wellicht was 10kg meer dan voldoende geweest maar dat is een persoonlijke inschatting. Het deken zelf is mooi uitgevoerd en met een beschermende hoes zal het niet snel vuil en/of beschadigd worden. Het deken geeft je letterlijk een geborgen gevoel waardoor je sneller en dieper slaapt. De service van Novaline was uitmuntend, de besteling was een werkdag later al uitgeleverd, super snel!
